How do I find the right size & fit? 
Looks might be important, but fit and comfort are king. Read our apparel size guides to help you to choose the right fit provided for each product.

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordered items allows customers to receive early access to our limited edition made to order items. As these are limited editions, there will be an opening and closing date for placing pre-orders and only a limited number will be produced, never to be repeated and will be numbered by collection and edition.

Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the items. As soon as the made to order items go into production, you will be notified via email with the product update and an expected delivery date. Also, each product outlines the pre-order process.

You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-order cannot be exchanged before delivery. Regular return periods apply to pre-order styles.

Why do you have different delivery timeframes for different products?

To minimise our environmental footprint and reduce the impact of fashion waste, we handpick the finest quality blank garments, deadstock and made to order pieces from affiliate partnerships who share our core values. We champion sustainable sourcing and design, supporting local embroidery businesses, digital printers, ethical CMTS and trim suppliers across Australia.

All items are designed and made to order, production timeframes are clearly stated on the product page before dispatch, you'll be notified via email date when your order is ready to dispatched.

How can I track my order?

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details when your order is ready to be dispatched. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

* International Christmas deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control, like customs delays, overseas postal disruptions, and COVID-19 restrictions in other countries. We recommend sending as early as you can.

Which countries do you offer delivery to?

At this stage we only trade in Australia and New Zealand, if you live in a another country that we do not currently supply- reach out via email or DM us directly on instagram and we'll go the extra mile to help you

What is the return policy?
To make gifting easy this season, we want you to enjoy the craftsmanship and quality of our products as much as we do, try your items on in the comfort of your own home and if for any reason you need to send them back you can return any item (some exceptions apply) within 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@racestarsportswear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
