RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@racestarsportswear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted Race Star Sportswear will refund you on your original payment method in the case of defective or damaged items only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We usually advise 10 business days for your request to be processed by our online team from the date your return arrives back to us.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom products (such as custom team wear or personalized items) and gift card vouchers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Online cancellations and Order amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. 

Merchandise marked as seconds or sample product must be chosen carefully as these items cannot be returned due to the fault that was identified at the time of purchase. If the seconds or sample product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose, it may be returned in accordance with the above consumer guarantees.

Our customer service team are unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail or in person in-store to be processed, in accordance with the process detailed below.

EXCHANGES 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items- should have a change of mind. For change of mind items, we will issue a credit note for your next purchase, once you have returned the change of mind items in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within the 30 day return policy period. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PRE-ORDER REFUNDS

Race Star Sportswear offers pre-orders on selected items. This allows customers to receive early access to our collections, and secure items before they arrive. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change due to elements outside of Race Star Sportswear's control. You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-order cannot be exchanged before delivery. Regular return periods apply to pre-order styles.
